4. At the top of the hill, take a left turn and you will see the front of the property, a large white 2-story building to the right
From Central Monrovia
1. Left on Congo Town back road
2. At the Health Ministry, make a right on Michael Francis Road
3. In 3/4 of a mile, you will encounter a fork in the road. Stay straight to the right and the property will be 40ft to your right. A large white 2-story building.
